Hample Haven Farm, LLC

Picture Gallery:  Red Star and Leghorn hens, Katahdin sheep grazing, and Great Pyrenees.

During the summer we use a portable coop to move the hens around the farm.  This gives them access to a variety of folage and insects.  It also is an economical way to spread the fertilizer around the pastures.

We have Great Pyrenees as our guard animals for flock.  If you would like to see a few more photos of Angel and her puppies, please click here.  (Please click the back button when you are finished viewing the slideshow to return to our webpage.)

Katahdin sheep are known for their fine tasting meat.  They are a smaller framed animal so they can be finished on pasture, click here(Please click the back button when you are finished viewing the slideshow to return to our webpage.)

We use rotational grazing to manage our flock and land.  If you would like to see a few more photos of our farm, click here(Please click the back button when you are finished viewing the slideshow to return to our webpage.)
